WELCOME TO Central Penn Networking Group
where it's fun doing business

There may not be such a thing as a "FREE LUNCH"... But there is such thing as a FREE business-to-business networking group that meets for lunch on Wednesdays. The group includes experienced professionals interested in expanding their businesses. Our core purpose is based on relationship marketing. Members receive a directory listing and continuing education via weekly presentations and leads.

The organization was born more than three years ago by five local entrepreneurs fed up with "pay-for" networking groups that generated few to no leads, sales or growth.  Leads are exchanged every Wednesday at Doc Holliday's Comedy Club Room in New Cumberland.  Lunch is optional (you pay for your own). Membership in CPNG is FREE but applicants must attend two meetings and go through a vetting process. See our Applicant Info page for details and application form.

ATTENDANCE
Please try to attend all meetings as it will be very beneficial to your business.   The Board will be looking at high non-attenders in “high demand” categories and opening up those categories if those non-attenders do not wish to be part of the group.  A “high demand” category would be a category in which there are many people who practice that occupation and are used frequently by our membership and their referral networks.  For Example a Grocery Store Checkout Counter Scanner salesman WOULD NOT be a “high demand” category,  so their attendance would not be as important as a Realtor.
 
COMPLAINTS
If you feel you have received bad service from a member or a member company,  please try to remedy with that member or member company first.  Fear of feedback often creates more conflict.  When I owned my mortgage company I had customer service officer who would contact customers and ask them for their negative feedback first and then ask them for their positive feedback.  It was in this way that I was able to fine tune my customer satisfaction that I could exist solely on referrals without any advertising.  If you can not resolve your problem with the member’s service you may then seek out a member of the board to help you with your resolution.
