Camp Hill General Function Commercial Sales Process Management · Ensure selling programs are executed according to the Commercial Sales Training Report (CPR) · Prospect for and qualify new leads and customers through outbound telephone calls and cold-calling techniques. Set qualified appointments for Blitz Days per plan · Work with Store Manager to implement and validate commercial sales lead generation and CCI (customer contact information)/CPA (Commercial Program Application) process inside the stores · Implement and validate Profiled commercial sales leads · Work directly with Store Manager to ensure Commercial Accounts are being properly serviced · Drive efficiency by identifying and addressing areas for improvement · Evaluate issues and areas of concern, determine cause (training or compliance), and take action accordingly · Watch for and address loss prevention issues. Advise management of any unusual activity · Understand span of control and stay focused on positively impacting controllables · Contribute to growth and development of managers and associates through training, communication, recognition and support Franchise Support · Train and coach the Commercial Sales process to Franchisees-in-training · Assist Franchisees to ensure full implementation of Commercial Sales process · Respond promptly and constructively to Franchisees inquiries Qualifications · 3 years retail sales and/or management experience in a retail environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience; bachelor’s degree in a business related field highly desirable · Demonstrated strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills. Must use considerable judgment to make decisions guided by precedent and policies to meet new or unusual requirements · Must be process oriented, have the ability to execute BP commercial sales process, and follow directions; must be open to new ideas, coachable, and have a team spirit. · Working understanding of Microsoft Office and capable of adapting learning to incorporate new technology · Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to be persuasive and work collaboratively to get projects completed. Ability to accurately and clearly present new information to make presentations to groups of employees or customers · Ability to work autonomously, and in a team environment. Ability to take ownership of a project and lead a project team to desired results. Strongly motivated with sense of urgency · Capable of managing multiple tasks; demonstrated ability to successfully meet project timelines and goals in a fast paced, changing environment · Strong attention to detail and accuracy · Ability to calculate simple math, percents, ratios and algebraic expressions and read gauges · Must have valid driver’s license, clean driving record and personal vehicle Working environment The physical demands required to perform the essential responsibilities of this position are as follows.
